RestockCompass Privacy Policy

RestockCompass processes store product, inventory, location, and order-line data to create replenishment recommendations and purchase order drafts. It does not store customer names, addresses, emails, payment details, or message content.

Data we store

Store domain, Shopify access sessions, product and variant identifiers, SKUs, inventory quantities, location names, aggregated daily unit sales, supplier settings, forecasts, and purchase order drafts.

Use, retention, and deletion

Data is used only to operate and secure the app. Customer-level order details are discarded after aggregation. Store data is deleted when Shopify sends the shop redaction webhook, subject to legally required records.
